Channels: Google, Microsoft (Bing) and social networks

We choose channels by intent. Search ads reach people already looking for what you sell; social ads reach people who match your customers but are not searching yet.

  • Google Ads

Google Ads management that starts with search campaigns on the terms that signal buying intent, with careful match types and negative keywords so budget is not spent on the wrong searches.

  • Microsoft Advertising

Microsoft Advertising management for search ads on Bing and Microsoft’s partner sites, an audience that Google campaigns do not reach. We tune these campaigns separately rather than copying Google’s settings.

  • Social networks

Paid social advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, targeted by location, interests or job role, with creative made for each platform by our social media team.

How a campaign runs: research, setup, launch and monitoring, optimization

Four stages. The first two decide most of what a campaign will cost you, so we do not rush them.

  1. Research and strategy development

We research keywords, audiences and competitors’ ads, agree the goal (usually a cost per lead or sale you are happy with) and plan how every conversion will be tracked.

  2. Ad creation and campaign setup

We structure the campaigns, write the ads, prepare the creative and test conversion tracking end to end before anything goes live.

  3. Launch and monitor performance

In the first weeks we watch spend, search terms and conversions closely, adding negative keywords and pausing what does not work.

  4. Optimization and scaling

We move budget to what converts, test new ads and landing pages and scale the campaigns that pay for themselves.

Landing pages that convert the clicks you pay for

Every click costs money, so the page it lands on matters as much as the ad. A strong landing page has a few things in common.

  • One message that matches the ad the visitor clicked.
  • One clear action: call, book, buy or enquire.
  • Fast on a phone, where many of your visitors will see it.
  • Trust near the form: reviews, results, guarantees you actually offer.
  • Short forms that ask only what you need.
  • Tracking on every form, call and purchase.

Our web design team builds landing pages alongside the campaigns, so ads and pages are tested together. Paid search also works best next to organic search: our SEO services build the traffic you do not pay for per click.

Reporting in plain language

You should never need to log in to an ad platform to know how your money is doing.

  • What you spent

Spend, clicks and cost per click for each channel and campaign, against the budget we agreed.

  • What it earned

Conversions (leads, calls and sales), cost per conversion and, where your data allows it, revenue from ads.

  • What happens next

What we changed, why, and what we plan to test next month, written in plain sentences.

Questions about PPC

Short answers first. Anything else, ask us directly.

What is PPC management?

PPC (pay-per-click) management is running paid ad campaigns where you pay each time someone clicks, on Google, Microsoft Advertising or social networks. It covers research, setup, ad writing, tracking, monitoring, optimization and reporting.

Should I advertise on Google or Microsoft Advertising?

Most businesses start with Google Ads, because that is where most searches happen. Microsoft Advertising then reaches searchers on Bing and its partner sites that Google does not, and is worth testing once Google campaigns convert well.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on how competitive your keywords are and what a customer is worth to you. During research we estimate costs per click for your market and recommend a starting budget that is large enough to learn from.

Do you guarantee results from paid ads?

No. Ad platforms run auctions nobody controls, so no one can honestly guarantee a cost per lead. We commit to accurate tracking, steady optimization and plain reports on what each click earns.

Can you run ads and SEO together?

Yes, and they help each other. Ad data shows which searches convert, which guides SEO, and SEO gradually lowers how much you need to spend on ads for the same leads.

Tell us what you’re building.

A short message is enough. We read every enquiry personally and reply with honest next steps, even if that means pointing you elsewhere.
